In the Privacy of My Virtual Home?
4 March at 6:30 pm, Children’s cultural centre, Takovska 8
In collaboration with the Children’s Cultural Center Belgrade, Kulturis organizes a public lecture on internet reputation “In the Privacy of My Virtual Home”, dedicated primarily to high school students.
From the perspective of their own expertise and experience, the speakers will discuss digital footprint and its impact on internet reputation. We will seek to answer a range of questions relevant to young people’s future: To what extent are we actually protected by adjusting privacy settings on different platforms? What kind of content can damage one’s internet reputation? What consequences can reckless behavior in the virtual world provoke? How to prevent or repair the situations that can put one’s internet reputation at risk? How can internet reputation affect young people’s professional future? What kind of opportunities for personal presentation can the virtual space offer to those who plan to build their career with traditional employers, on the one hand, and to those who intend to start an online business, on the other?
Speakers: Ana Mirkovic, Digital Communications Institute Director, Dragana Vukajlovic, Webpreneur, Neda Mirkovic, HR Consultant, Dragan Djordjevic, High School Professor
Moderators: Dalibor Stojanovic, Children’s Cultural Center Belgrade and Zorana Milicevic, Kulturis
